Duck, Duck, Chef: Eric Adjepong

Join us for a one-night chef collaboration with Chef Eric Adjepong

Apr 21, 2026. 5:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Executive Chef Andrew Ho presents a chef collaboration series revolving around CUT's renowned Whole Jurgielewicz Duck, a tableside service that highlights local and seasonal cuisine. Seasonally, a guest chef will join us to put their spin on the service, for one night only. To kick off the series, join us in welcoming Chef Eric Adjepong, a Restaurateur, Top Chef Alumni, Food Network Host, and owner of Elmina, a D.C. based restaurant.

Chef Eric brings a bold Ghanian lens to our timeless ritual, the Whole Jurgielewicz Duck. Rooted in tradition yet reimagined through West African flavor, this collaboration explores the intersection of culture, technique, and memory. Expect crisp lacquered duck layered with notes of dawadawa, grains of selim, and tamarind, paired with vibrant condiments and textures that reflect the depth and diversity of Ghanaian cuisine.

One night. One table, a journey across continents.
